Chris from Motability was very understanding of my needs, he explained all information very clearly. Chris went through all the instruments and explained everything in detail.

Up to 10 week wait for parts for my Subaru. A bit disappointed to bring my car to a Subaru main dealer only to be left with an expensive repair quote and a lead time that leaves me in situation looking for an alternative solution anyway. Admittedly not a Colin Appleyard fault but as a main dealer for Subaru I hope this filters to Subaru UK. Staff at Ashton very friendly but not much they could do. Was considering a new Subaru but would be apprehensive if parts aren’t available to keep you on the road.

Unfortunately the delay of parts is currently an industry wide issue and not just isolated to Subaru, we will however be sure to share your feedback with Subaru UK. Once again we are sorry to hear of the delay and we do hope a solution can be reached sooner rather than later. Was very pleased with the service I received from Nick after buying my Suzuki S Cross (Ashton Under Line) he put me at ease and went above and beyond to make the car an enjoyable experience. Nothing was to much trouble for him and my wife was thrilled with the complementary chocolates.I also met Dean and when I first purchased the car another manager shook my hand and thanked me I will be back for my next car and in all my years buying cars I have never felt this appreciated for my custom.

Booked car in for 4 new tyres and at the time of booking said I would wait as it would only be an hour. When I arrived was told that they were a mechanic down and my car hadn’t been booked as a while you wait. Get again made to feel it was my fault, no apology and told that they would try and fit my car in! So ended up waiting 2 hours to fit 4 tyres! Saving grace they had originally over quoted on price.

The staff at Colin Appleyard at Ashton-under- Lyne are excellent and they couldn`t have been more helpful. They understand how to deal with a situation and resolve it to the customer`s satisfaction. Their professionalism and communication skills deserve particular mention. The website is well designed too.
