“Once again we have had an excellent experience buying our car.The staff were very helpful and knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. Ami especially was very patient with us whilst we decided which car to buy.We changed our minds more than once but we were not pressurised at all. Sam, the manager, made sure we were happy with our purchase and went out of his way to ensure we made the right choice, We fully recommend this family run business, all the staff in Ashton are a credit to the firm.”

“Everyone was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. I had plenty of time to look around and test drive and never felt under any pressure. When I ordered my Subaru in October, the delivery date was the middle of January but they managed to get it two months early and I love it! Getting accessories is quick and easy and the service plan is handy and reasonable. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and definitely recommend Colin Appleyard.”

“We were very pleased yet again with the whole of our new car transaction today . The customer service is always excellent, with polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were also happy with the speed of delivery and the overall price of our car. Previously we have used the car club servicing plan and will continue with that as it works out very well. What's not to like ?!”
