“Everything was spot on when purchasing our new car! Matthew who sold it to us was absolutely amazing to deal with. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Nothing was too much trouble for him! A big thank you to Matthew!”

“The move from a larger farm vehicle to a Suzuki Ingnis was completed without fuss The sales department very pleasant to deal with, good manners and a thorough knowledge of the car counted for much. We were soon made familiar with the car and had a test drive which confirmed that the proposed vehicle was suitable for our purposes. Since then the vehicle has performed faultlessly, a real pleasure to drive. In short an excellent buying experience. Well done Appleyard Ltd!”

“Fantastic experience purchasing a car from Colin Appleyard in Bradford. Matt who helped me was extremely professional and courteous and answered all the many questions I had about the car even after I had made the purchase. Communication was great before the purchase and offered me a fantastic deal on a used car. After ringing a few different dealers and searching around I can certainly say that this is the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. Will certainly be happy to come back in the future.”

“Great service from Chris at Ashton branch, nothing was too much trouble, all our questions were answered with no problems. Love the Vitara we purchased, would definitely return in the future. “Just bought my first car from Colin appleyard suzuki in keighley. My partner has had 3 cars from here and always makes sure he sees Matthew. After my experience, I can see why as he is extremely knowledge and a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish I never felt under any pressure to buy the car, it always felt like my decision. I can't speak highly enough of Matthew and the team as nothing felt too much for them. Excellent customer service, I will be returning if I decide I want to trade in.”

“Having just collected my first Suzuki - Vitara Allgrip Hybrid- from the Keighley branch, I must say how pleased I was from start to finish with the standard of attention from Michael Chambers. “So this is our latest purchase from Colin Appleyard Huddersfield, and once again got a great deal on a new Grand Vitara Mild Hybrid. With fantastic service both from the sales team and the parts department who made the whole experience a pleasant one. Delivery day was smooth with Karl covering everything even to the point of setting up our mobile phones to the vehicle. Karl and the rest of the team are very friendly and helpful. “The car that we have purchased from you today is our third vehicle, so to some extent shows our pleasant experience with the company. Always ready to negotiate a deal to everybodies satisfaction. No hard sell, because the cars sell themselves! Customer service is of the highest in our experience and kept in touch if there are items needing an answer, especially whilst servicing. In our experience - and we are senior citizens, we felt comfortable with the outcome, as we said earlier ' upfront 'with everything.”
