Matthew at the keighley branch made the process of ordering my car, the slight delay in waiting for it and the collection of it so easy. Any questions I had he explained fully and with care. This is my 3rd car from Matthew and everything has always been the same. I know, too, that when the time comes for the car to be serviced the whole team will also look after me and my car 100%. Thankyou

I have been a Subaru customer of Colin Appleyard in Huddersfield for over six years now and I am on my third vehicle. I have been delighted with the vehicles, sales service and vehicle services over all that time. I have recently purchased a 72-plate Subaru and the complete excercise of trade-in and new purchase has been excellent - courteous, helpful, satisfactory offer on my trade-in car and smart presentation of my new one - all down to Hasham Ali. Highly commended and recommended.

Mathew was 10/10 for service,assistance and everything else,from a-z fromthe 1st phone call to waving me off from the showroom with my new Vitara, he even connect my phone to the bluetooth.This is my 2nd Suzuki from Bradford branch and I will certainly deal with them again in the future.

I can't fault Colin Appleyards in any way. The staff and management are all polite and professional whether that is face to face, or over the 'phone, they keep me informed at all stages of my vehicle services & MOT. I have also taken out a service plan for an extremely fair price. I love my Vitara and will be exchanging it for another newer model next year. I have so much confidence that I will be getting yet another great deal then. Thank you guys !!

Making the purchase was superbly dealt with by Nick Hughes communication and total respect was given, the vehicle was well presented and serviced on collection good price and 12 months warranty was a bonus, also the sales representative Cris who dealt with the collection of vehicle was also very respectful and helpful, and made the long 300 mile journey from west Wales worth doing ,thanks Mr Charles Smith

We had excellent customer service when we took our car for MOT and service. The man who looked after us was so polite and helpful. We were sent a video showing a full inspection of the car underneath, which clarified the break pads were worn. They sorted them out at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Everything went very smoothly.

Excellent service from Luke, the salesman, who went out of his way to ensure that I was able to make an informed decision about buying my Suzuki Ignis. He even offered to take me on a test drive to my house so that I could satisfy myself that it was not too big to park in the limited space available to me. Knowledgeable and attentive every step of the way including after service, to ensure I was satisfied once I'd taken possession of the car. First rate!

Made us feel that there was no rush to make our decision and answers our questions. On collection of the caravan no rush. Even had car mats in the car .
