“I wasn't too happy with my products when they arrived, however after a very quick email correspondence and excellent customer service, I will be receiving some more suitable ones shortly.”

“Great envelopes as usual but the boxes could have done with not having a black interior as they leave marks on all edges of the envelopes that are touching the box.”

“I found these envelopes much better quality than the ones I normally get so will be using them more often! They were much thicker than I expected which is great. The only downside was that i had 8 with dirty marks on that I couldn't use but I luckily always order extra.”

“As both were re-orders you need to stop changing the names of colours or make it obvious on the first page that the colour name has changed. Otherwise great :)”

Hi Kelly, thanks for the positive feedback. 3 of our 75 stock colours had a slight name change by the paper manufacturer just over a year ago in Jan 2015 which we were obliged to honour for trademark reasons, so this was out of our control. All repeat orders automatically refer back to the correct product from previous orders, and we make sure that the product ID's are always kept the same for continuity. Look forward to further orders from you in the future :-)
