“My daughter ordered red and black paper. Since it stated minimum order 25 sheets, she assumed that when she put in quantity 1 and allowed her to proceed to purchase that she had purchased 1 pack of 25 sheets. Instead what she received was 2 sheets of paper for £7.87. Outrageous. And the response from customer services was completely lack lustre.”

We have reviewed this order, as we like to provide an immediate response to any unhappy reviews of our products, and have concluded that the items your ordered were correct. The individual prices and costs are also fully explained at the point of purchase. The higher overall cost was because you also chose an expedited next day delivery for 2 sheets of paper. When speaking on the phone, it was also indicated by yourself that you allowed your 13 year old daughter to have access to your credit card to make the purchase. We always treat every issue fairly that we receive from customers, but in this case, the expedited delivery choice at purchase and the allowance by yourself of a third party purchase by your 13 year old daughter gives us no room for adjustment in this instance.

We're sorry to see this. We have checked back any customer correspondence and cannot find any record of a request to swap over the envelopes, which, of course, we would have done immediately if we were made aware of an issue. We have a double check order processing system in place which renders incorrect sending of sizes as virtually impossible, it may just be a case of mistaken size ordering for the intended use of the 10 envelopes, but more than happy to discuss this if you would care to contact us with the query. We are always available on livechat or contactable by email or telephone to make sure you get the perfect stationery for your intended use, as with so many colours, sizes and finishes available direct from stock, sometimes a quick call to one of our friendly and knowledgeable experts will solve any queries.
