“As both were re-orders you need to stop changing the names of colours or make it obvious on the first page that the colour name has changed. Otherwise great :)”

Hi Kelly, thanks for the positive feedback. 3 of our 75 stock colours had a slight name change by the paper manufacturer just over a year ago in Jan 2015 which we were obliged to honour for trademark reasons, so this was out of our control. All repeat orders automatically refer back to the correct product from previous orders, and we make sure that the product ID's are always kept the same for continuity. Look forward to further orders from you in the future :-)

“Very quick delivery. Good selection of colours. Would have liked the option to have them sent second class to reduce cost, as my order wasn't urgent. Having said that, happy with the service & will be using the website again.”
