My initial renewal letter quoted an increase of £60 on last year which was unacceptable, after discussion this was reduced substantially. The same thing happened last year, why do you do this? Wages have not increased, I have had no claims .. ever ...

They are good to deal with, explain everything only downside take ages just been on the phone for almost an hour could offer to call back so you're not an idiot waiting on the other side

Started ringing to remind me to pay about 3 weeks before renewal date. Even after my wife said "please stop calling - you have rung us 3 times in four days, we will pay by the renewal date", you continued to ring. We have renewed and are reasonably happy with the service (prompt despatch of documents, clarity of written communications) but don't appreciate being harassed to renew.

Very dissapoined when Ocado would nor honour renew quote as i was 10 days late. Took out cover with another insurer but decided to cancel within the 14 day 'cooling off' period and was charged £50 for which at no time was i informed. It maybe in the small print but surely the agent when explaining the 'cooling off' period should inform the customer of this charge, i was not informed so very unhappy.

The sale represents wasn't profishnal as was talking in a very poor way to my. Not happy used to be better service A&A
