I found the quote online and was directed to the company to speak to staff to complete the insurance cover process. Once I made the payment and everything was completed I was told I would receive an email confirmation with in 10 minutes. I waited until the following day and did not receive anything. I called to speak to an adviser explaining I did not receive a confirmation and wanted it to be sent with policy documents. She did send some documents however what she sent did not have clearly written what my policy included as it is necessary to have it as reference to what we agreed. She said the policy booklet is online and can be found there. Which i could not as the website is not clear. I again contacted another staff via online chat telling them i could not see it on the website and for it to be sent to me clearly stating it covers what I had agreed for it to cover. She then told me that my policy does not cover what I was told it would but only motor insurance. I have a print screen attached of the quote I received. She said she would listen to the conversation I had with her colleague and get in contact again. Still have not been contacted in any way. Things I have requested should be easily dealt by an insurance company as these are what customers request anyway and there was nothing unusual. I do not expect to be sold something which I have agreed and paid full amount and the been told it does not cover what I was told in the first place. I should not be having to deal with these issues. Please follow up and resolve the issue.

I have given a quote. And reserved for me . I got the answer that somebody will call mee for final steps. But nobody called and and I have to call several times .fk10 ally I got the price which is not agreed before

I renewed my household policy on the phone after several attempts to reach the sales people but although my phone number was taken; no one called me back after 2 days. I called again and spent 30 minutes on the phone just to renew my existing policy to exactly the same one for 2018. I am still waiting for the paperwork to be sent (or email) .

I had to keep repeating myself on the phone twice before I got through to an adviser who could actually help me. I asked to change my address and renew my insurance which ended up being 100 pounds more expensive per month even though I had moved one street down. The advisor told me at the start that it was good I was renewing early because my insurance would be cheaper but actually the call ended with me having no choice but to go for a price 60 pounds more than my current insurance.

They have advised the change of address did have a refection on your policy, also due the full premium being taken over the monthly payments it can appear higher as no deposit is paid. I took a policy with you last year, i have choose to go with someone else this year as the amount you where offering was more money than last year by £10.00. Not only did you send your policy through by e-mail which i did not ask your company to do when calling you office to say i no longer wish to insure my car with youjr company i was asked why i cancelled my standing order and then get a letter in the post dated after my call about a fee. I dont think i would ever deal with your company again to be honest.

The staff are very helpful, however they are hindered by a poor system meaning the time scale to resolve something simple is ridiculous. Change of vehicle on a policy took 4 phone calls and about 2hours of which 90minutes was hold music. Change of address took an hour again 40minutes hold music.

1. despite renewing my cover I subsequently received 2 phonecalls from agents asking if I wished to renew. 2. received an email referring to my motor insurance when in fact it was home insurance. 3. received documents in post to completely the wrong address (just : 'high street', and neighbouring town, not our village) - luckily postman recognised our name.

I want to insure my new car and they let me down because the insurance company office was close so I had to insure my car elsewhere, next day this bloke call me saying my car is ensure in the end was all a lie they only give me a quote so I went mad and this is the result-----BAD REVIEWS-------

Have constantly and frequently had to chase up my insurance certificate/documents. Changed a car on my policy - received no email or paper work, after 6 calls they finally sent the documents out after abou two weeks. I have now had my insurance renewed for about a week and a half and still no email, not even an email, starting become a joke now as I need the paper work to get my car into the car park at work.

This would take too long.suffice it to say that having issued me with an i insurance certificate the message on answer phone email from Denis Kymoma all saying that I must compete the new magic code is nonsense. Why? Because this code was sent by phone to you on mon 11th as I cannot send it to you electronically.I was assured by who ever answered the phone that they now had all the info needed. However with a new request for the code on Thursday I have used snail mail to send you all the details asked for and now this email has appeared. Obviously my Telephone message never reached the right person,so I am not pleased.ann carey

I purchased renewal policy two weeks ago on 28/29 Nov. and the agent told me I will receive a welcome pack in couple days normolly 2-3 days. I wait and didn't receive any email from you. I call customer service, told them I didn't receive any email from you since I made a payment. I received welcome pack email one day after I called customer service, and I attached my driving licence photo copies and followed the instrution of welcom email to proof my documents' reality and email these two address 'renewaldocs@completecovergroup.com' and 'quoteadocs@completecovergroup.com' In my email, I said, once you receive my documents, please email me or call me to confirm that just in case I miss the dealine of document check which failure to do so may caused cancelation of policy. By today, I didn't receive any email from you. I am feeling very upset being ignored.
