“Very prompt and excellent service. Noel was our tech and he emailed us right away regarding our issue. He even stayed on after hours until we had it solved! We were very impressed and appreciated his help!!”

“Had a problem with a an item not working and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, friendly and got straight onto the problem, very impressed, so impressed in fact that I'm looking at purchasing a new intercom/door entry system from them as I know I will have the tech support if required!”

Thanks Moira, happy to help. I might note at this point that it was a Smartbel product which we no longer supply. This is based on a similar reason to why you contacted us.... The manufacturer Commtel Innovate were not willing to support their own product, in warranty, and passed the buck to us. We will help you sort it out for you one way or another, no problem. “I bought this to control some electric gates. Its a great product and very easy to install and program. I thoroughly recommend it end of. Control Freq are also a great company to deal with and their support is excellent.”
