“They were nice I just can’t afford them as often as I’d like, I struggle to eat anything and usually can only stomach one proper meal per day so they were helpful in the fact that I could actually eat something. “The maple white flavour are horrible . Myself , my mum , my hair dresser all found them too horrible to eat . The chocolate ones are good but I now have a thyroid problem and somber if there are any nutrients .
I am too high in sodium . I eat fruit veg seafood lean meat so wondering if the only new thing in my life is these . My bloods are so out of wack Thyroid . What’s in these anyway why not try to integrate some vitamins minerals .”
