Honestly I couldn't be happier with the Cookie Diet. I am 2 weeks in & have a total loss so far is 5.7kgs๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ Still a way to go...but, this girl is on a Mission!!! Soooo.....what can I tell you that is brutally honest??? ๐ŸŒŸ HONESTLY I feel great!!! I am sleeping so well & just feel better (this is why I started this in the first place as I was feeling rubbish๐Ÿฅบ) ๐ŸŒŸ I am absolutely NOT hungry!!! It seems like I never have time to be as I seem to be constantly eating๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ ๐ŸŒŸMy routine starts first thing with a big glass of water, a coffee & 2 x cookies. Then I continue to have 1 or 2 cookies every couple of hours until they are all gone....which is usually about 5pm (the 2 flavours I have tried so far with the new flavour this morning are delicious ๐Ÿ‘) ๐ŸŒŸ My evening meal is lean meat & a stir fry or salad & I have adjusted my plate size to support 'Portion Control' ๐ŸŒŸEvery time I have a coffee (I average 4 a day.....I'm a Registered Nurse, working shifts, so this isn't going to change) I ALWAYS have a big glass of water first ๐ŸŒŸ I have black strong coffee with no sugar....this hasn't changed from my time 'pre-Cookie Diet'(I hate milk & have never had sugar in tea or coffee) ๐ŸŒŸ Yes....I still drink Pepsi Max. One a day, or two if I'm not working. If I'm working I just take one can with me (I like it & it doesn't interfere with my 'Mission'! If it did....it would be gone!!!) ๐ŸฅฐMy first week's cookie flavour was Oatmeal & Cinnamon, last week was Butterscotch ๐Ÿ˜‹ My choice for week 3 is Maple Pancakes ๐Ÿ˜‹ I'm really impressed with the flavours Yes, I know you can mix the flavours around....but I am just opening 1 box at a time, like a new surprise each week๐Ÿ˜‰๐ŸŽ
