“I ordered an Oral-B toothbrush from coolblue. As the delivery was late, I returned the parcel within the return period and in its original packaging - unopened. The shop is now claiming that I unpacked and damaged the product and is therefore refusing to refund me. 😡
No solution after three calls to customer service. The back office team dealing with Klarna was not informed at all. I even received a message saying it was a shame I hadn't got in touch - even though I had called twice before and the parcel had even been returned for the second time.
The whole returns process was disorganised and non-transparent, and the customer service response was disappointing. I can therefore only strongly advise against ordering here - if something goes wrong, the customer is stuck with the costs. Hands off!
Next time I'd rather go back to Mediamarkt or Saturn.”
“I brought my iphone 12 mini for replacing the battery, to Coolblue. While they repair my battery they broke my side button and instead of fixing the button they gave me a "new" iPhone 12 mini. This phone was overheating and getting stuck from time to time but I tried to be patient. After 6 months the wifi, Bluetooth, torch wasn't working the battery was even worse than before I changed it and it was constantly overheating. After some digging I found out that this was a refurbished phone and when I contacted them they told me that the repair was out of warranty. What a great Service Coolblue, thank you very much!”

Not knowing exactly what parts to pick, I contacted the store, and they did an absolutely amazing job of informing me, and putting together the parts for the perfect computer for me. They listened to all my requests and demands, and made sure to fulfill this order perfectly. This, and the many times I talked to them before, about new orders or the occassional issue, such as broken hardware, and the great service they always offered, has shown me what a great company this is!”
