I ordered an Oral-B toothbrush from coolblue. As the delivery was late, I returned the parcel within the return period and in its original packaging - unopened. The shop is now claiming that I unpacked and damaged the product and is therefore refusing to refund me. 😡 No solution after three calls to customer service. The back office team dealing with Klarna was not informed at all. I even received a message saying it was a shame I hadn't got in touch - even though I had called twice before and the parcel had even been returned for the second time. The whole returns process was disorganised and non-transparent, and the customer service response was disappointing. I can therefore only strongly advise against ordering here - if something goes wrong, the customer is stuck with the costs. Hands off! Next time I'd rather go back to Mediamarkt or Saturn.

I brought my iphone 12 mini for replacing the battery, to Coolblue. While they repair my battery they broke my side button and instead of fixing the button they gave me a "new" iPhone 12 mini. This phone was overheating and getting stuck from time to time but I tried to be patient. After 6 months the wifi, Bluetooth, torch wasn't working the battery was even worse than before I changed it and it was constantly overheating. After some digging I found out that this was a refurbished phone and when I contacted them they told me that the repair was out of warranty. What a great Service Coolblue, thank you very much!
