“ I ordered two weeks ago and not received my order that should have been with me in 2 to 3 working days. I sent an enquiry form which they have not replied to but did send an email saying item has been dispatched, however there was no tracking details on the email and still no delivery after another 4 days. I will stay away from this company in future. ”

“ Given no delivery tracking details and when you call their company you are charged a premium rate call (and 0844 number) to get details that should have been supplied to you in the first place. Slightly buried on their website is a more respectably priced 0300 number, however their website is just terrible and I ha e no ideal how (or if) my order will actually appear. Never again will I use this company. ”
