“ I placed an order 8 days ago and had not heard a thing from both Coopers or the delivery company. I have just come off the phone to them to enquire where my order is and they said it had been sent back by Yodel! They asked if I’d like the order to be resent but I declined and opted for a refund! I doubt yodel have even tried to deliver as I’d not received any tracking etc… There has been someone at home the whole time too… Rubbish service, waste of time! ”
