I bought a pack of 2 solar lights and one failed within the warranty. Coopers sent me another pack of 2 both of which failed. Contacted Coopers and because the original lights were out of guarantee they were not interested. Said tough basically. Ver poor customer service in my opinion

I placed an order 8 days ago and had not heard a thing from both Coopers or the delivery company. I have just come off the phone to them to enquire where my order is and they said it had been sent back by Yodel! They asked if I’d like the order to be resent but I declined and opted for a refund! I doubt yodel have even tried to deliver as I’d not received any tracking etc… There has been someone at home the whole time too… Rubbish service, waste of time!

Customer service non existent. By reading other reviews I’m surprised, well maybe not, by how many orders they cannot trace but still retain money paid. That is my experience. I’m reluctant to say that they act illegally but they’re certainly despicable. Don’t buy from them

I placed an order and when I checked on my bank there were 2 payments pending for ONE order I have received the order today one payment has gone out but the other one is still pending I phoned customer service and the young lady had the manners and personality of a dried up prune she was curt and very unpleasant I own my own company and have never had the attitude she had to a customer.

I have received a different item to the one ordered online but when I explained that to customer service, she said I would have to pay £3 to return the item Even when I didn't actually order the item they sent.

Bought umbrella which was a two for one price offer. Only received one umbrella - not impressed; and can't find their web chat service which they advised in response to my e-mail. Why are they in business if they don't want to serve us?
