Oh no! Our products can be damaged by heat in transit, that is likely what happened. We bag our popcorn daily, and it never sits on the shelves for more than a day. Be on the lookout for an email regarding replacement.

“Received the wrong product. When I called, customer service agreed to send a replacement. I explained I didn't realize the error until after I had already opened the container, after that no further communication. I didn't expect them to send me the replacement free of charge but maybe a credit towards my next purchase would have been nice. I did however enjoy the product and have already placed an order for the one I had wanted originally”

“Popcorn had a good flavor, however it was hard to eat. There was some Popcorn pieces soft but a lot of hard pieces too. Was disappointed.”

“I thought it was cheese popcorn and convert Karmelkorn mix that all the bags and it wasn’t it was caramel corn with cheese sauce cheese dressing or whatever over the Karmelkorn that’s what well I want expecting that I was expecting it all to be like Chicago popcorn with the flavors in the cheese popcorn”

“Really did not like the mixed cheese-caramel corn flavor at all. Somehow the flavors combined and tasted fishy... I think there was just too much of the flavor powder maybe. Loved the Butter Brickle a lot. The salted caramel is good and I haven’t tried the last one yet.”
