You sent another product which was the very same as the one I wrote to you. I'm done with you now. The tubs will go in the trash. Did you think I wouldn't be able to notice the quality with you sending the very same item and the hulls in it as the first tubs I bought.

Hi Kathy, Sorry to hear. We do our best during the sifting process to remove as many hulls as possible from the Kettle Corn. However, it is an imperfect process. Thanks for giving us a try! -CKP Team

Very disappointed in the customer service. I place an order on Saturday 03/11 and have yet to get any answer on the order. I’ve sent messages through their live chat 03/15 (no response). I called today (03/16) with no answer so I left a message. Their website says product will ship within 48 hours, it’s still waiting to get fulfilled. If they are short staffed or having issues getting product in to make it, then please let your customers know.

The plastic canister of pecan cashew caramel corn opened while in transit from the store/factory to my home. It was a sticky mess, with popcorn all over the inside of the box. I contacted customer service, and the representative stated that he would replace the popcorn, and said that a shipping label would be in the box to return the damaged/opened item. Did I get a used item in the first place?! Is that why it busted open in transit?! I sent the opened one back, without the popcorn that was strewn all over the box. I did not try it, so I can’t tell you if it was fresh or stale. I also bought the cheese popcorn, and it was so salty, that it was inedible; thus, I had to throw that one out. Based on their customer service, how my transaction was handled, and how the cheddar popcorn tasted, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

We didn’t receive the same cheese popcorn as my first order. We were disappointed and didn’t eat it. Unfortunately, you lost a customer. Popcorn was America's Best not Copper Kettle, which is what we wanted..

The caramel puffs does not taste like the regular caramel popcorn which is what I thought I was getting. Instead, it is the typical maple flavored sugar coated puff corn that can be bought anywhere and with less cost. Very dissappointed and will be tossed in the trash as I do not like the flavor and wanted the true flavor of caramel corn.

Waited for months and months...and months to try the Habanero Cheddar/caramel popcorn - bought the mini tub. It’s officially the LEAST of our favorites. In fact we thought it was awful!! So, we gave it away it was so bad. Sorry. Not a fan. $$ down the drain for us. Would’ve preferred it without the caramel - just cheddar habanero. Won’t make that mistake again!

Only purchased 2 times. 1st purchase was very good so I ordered again. My last order the popcorn was tough and my favorite kind in my first order the nuts tasted old as well as the popcorn tough. I will not be ordering again.

I signed up for emails got a 20% discount from you but when I went to use it on my first order told it was not valid. I think that is poor advertising to get peoples info and for them to check out your site choose products they want and then not honor the coupon! I loved the popcorn but was disappointed in the was I felt I was tricked!

Popcorn was so sticky and stuck together and tasted bad so I had to throw my last order away. I lovebyour popcorn but don't know if I will be ordering any again

I've already written a note to customer service telling them that I have not rec'd all of my order. I rec'd a partial order but am still waiting on the rest which I had planned to give out as gifts. Please send the rest and I'll be very happy. The popcorn we got was delicious! Thank you, Jill Steers

The popcorn was very stale. It took forever to get here(Florida) then the mail person stuffed into our rather full mailbox and it broke into pieces

Hey Kellie, sorry to hear. The product goes stale if it is exposed to extreme heat. We have also had a lot of issues with USPS over the last few weeks due to COVID (so they claim). We will send a replacement bag and hope it arrives in better condition.
