“Missing Item I purchased 5 items from this company and spent £109.57 furthermore I am an honest and genuine person. I work very hard and I trusted this company to fulfil my order. Something that was quite unusual in my experience was that the items appeared to be shipped separately as if they had come from different suppliers. I received 4 of the items that I ordered, however I am still missing 1 item. I contacted Customer Services, they advised me that the missing item was indeed in the package they sent (IT WAS NOT). The missing item was definitely not packed and only 1 item was in the box. I would also like to add that there was no damage to the packaging. They believe that because I have received a delivery (with only 1 item) that it is acceptable to insult me saying that I have received it when they're at fault. Despite my best efforts 'Cosmetify' are not willing to resolve my issue, I have asked for a refund or replacement. I will be taking further action if I am not satisfied with the outcome of this appalling situation and bad customer service.”

Sorry to hear that Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address. We have no messages from you regarding this so assume you were able to locate your package? Obviously reach out of this isn't the case.

“NO RESPONSE YET!!! I ordered an item on 2nd May2023 with order number COS947857. The item was billed to be delivered on 10th May -11th May. When I tracked this item in 10th of May, I was surprised to see am update that it was delivered on 4th of May. I am disputing it because it is complete false as no items was received by me. I left a message on the review date and I received a response that I will be contacted directly. Since on 10th May, I have not received any response. I work very hard for my money and I can assure you that I am not letting go of my money.”

DHL tracking indicates it was delivered to you on 25th April at 8.25. Please reach out to customer service - hello@cosmetify.com, or login to your account if you can't locate.
