“I got the body x bush shine vibe from cotton on and it was great at the beginning and then a couple months later now when I use it on every level the vibration isn’t consistent and sometimes disappears all together which can ruin thing yk? This brand is sold at other places too but yeah wouldn’t recommend buying this one”
“TRICKERY that's the only word. Hook a completely matching set of shorts and shirts together, hide price tag in ALL the clothes so there hard to pull out and then charge separately for the shorts and shirt. Walk up to check stand expecting to pay 24.99 plus tax and it's over 50.00. Told her it's tricking customers almost as bad as false advertising to get you to come to the store. Asked sales people at Macy's, JC Penny's, Kohls and Target. NO OTHER store does this if they are hooked together impossible to separate because only one actual hanger and you charge separately. BAD BUSINESS. Won't ever shop there and will be sure to tell other people to go to Macy's they're honest.”
“Shopped at Collonaides Cotton On,the lovely girl with love heart glasses was so helpful happy to chat what a shock most run when entering a shop brought x2 winter trackies buy 1 next 1/2 price, happy in quality and service. Thanks”
“So, I walked into cotton on in the Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, MI and I decided to grab a top and go to the cashier, only for there to be no cashiers working at the registers??? Okay... Then after waiting for a bit a cashier came up named Johny. He asked me a question and I didn't hear him, so I proceeded to say "What did you say?" (in a nice, friendly tone) And then he got REALLY mad and started lecturing me about how I shouldn't be saying "what" but I should be saying "Yes Sir." instead? Who does this dude think he is? Then he proceeded to take his sweet old time lecturing me about how kids these days have bad manners and should be saying sir to people older then them.. Like we are NOT in the army like hello?? Once he FINALLY stopped his yap session he slammed my change on the counter. He just wasted so much time yip yapping and lecturing me about his problems as if they were mine, you know what? Kids would be more respectful to you if you respected them first... like what point are you trying to prove by putting all your energy into yelling at someone who's younger than you all because they didn't hear what you said because you were mumbling? This dude took his time and said "I'm not one of your friends" like no duh, you're some 30 year old man who's trying to act like my parent. Don't put all your problems onto some kid trying to purchase a simple top and enjoy her day.”
“Great clothes for all ages but I sent my 14 year old with her dad for some new pj and some new tops and her father was so disappointed and disgusted how sexualised the shop is and how much it made him feel uncomfortable seeing all the young women in underwear posters everywhere. We won’t be taking our teens there again. Shoved in your face way to much the oversized posters of underwear on these young women. Is nothing private anymore. Some posters ok but the Woden store in Canberra way over done , thumbs down”
“Purchased two items online and I was charged double on my credit card for it. The items didn’t fit so I returned them. The branch cannot refund the second deduction. I checked their website and the website clearly says they suck at replying to emails and refers you to Facebook for a quicker response. I messaged on Facebook and got sent to an email address. I emailed and had no response. I went back to the branch and they still refused a refund and got hold of someone at client care after having the phone put down on them twice. The lady called me and said the payment didn’t duplicate on their side and they want proof that the bank didn’t duplicate it. I got them a letter from the bank and now 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my refund.”
“Tried to return items that didnt fit. After a month they sent them back to me. No explanation. I tried to get help on the app Not helpful at all. Ridiculous explanation telling me I should go into a store and try something on before I order it online and the sizing can vary. I asked fir a store credit then instead of a refund. Nothing they could do. What’s the point of doing online shopping if I can’t return items they don’t fit??”
“I am a regular customer of cotton on.However last visit at Wisma last Monday wasn’t a pleasant encounter. While I was at the outlet for 30mins I could clearly hear the conversation of the 2 staff sharing openly and loudly how to initiate a date with a man she has a crush with etc. When I was out of the fitting room the 2 young girls are still heavily engaging in their private live conversations without exercising any discreet that they are at work and customer is around! In addition, when I checked with the staff if offer in retail same as online purchased hence I have point/evoucher to redeem they told me is different go get from online. When I checked the tag and online price for the same item s different afraid of getting the wrong item I went Amk hub and was told that the price tag at wisma was wrong. I tried feedback to cotton via Facebook for advice but no respond.”
“I purchased a number of cotton on body fleece track suit items in medium. Unfortunately the quality of the material was very poor. Every item has baubled terribly , even after the first wear which was very disappointing as the fit was lovely.”
“My daughter bought a pair of black jeans. We washed them according to manufactures directions. The third time they were was with a few other jeans the color was still bleeding and ruined two other pair of jeans. I washed them several more times and they seemed to be “set”. Yesterday my daughter started school and it rained in the afternoon. The jeans bled all over her brand new converse. I have never experienced such cheep dye. We will not be going back to your store if this is your quality expectation. You advertise “earth friendly” but you are not wallet friendly as I have spent $350 dollars on items that are ruined now!!!”
“I placed an order for collection at the store - I was impressed that although they didn't have a free delivery option - they still gave the option to pick up at the store.
And the welcome gift of R100 off - really persuaded me to buy.
Also the confirmation email - after placing the order reassured me.”
“Free delivery if you spend over R500. You also receive Perks Vouchers and I just received a voucher, since it is my birthday month. Their Sale products are priceded clearly and there are a wide variety of colours and styles. You also have the option of collecting your parcel from selected pickup points.”
