Did not deliver next day service as advertised. Ordered 18 T shirts but only 17 delivered. Tried calling several times with no answer, left message but no reply. Sent e-mail but no reply still waiting to hear back

Gildan heavy duty t shirts are vastly overrated. In fact they are really cheap thin cotton that feel like t bag material rather than the overblown wildly exaggerated premium cotton they advertise. The dozen or so I bought from Cottenprint have gone to an RSPCA charity shop.. Hope they can at least give em away free.

They let me fill the order on line, and pay then decided they don't deliver to Spain but got to wait up to 5days for money to be returned

Hello Stephen Thank you for your comments Upon completing shipping address details our website states the Country as UK which customers are not able to change. Regarding waiting for 5 days to have your money refunded, I have just looked at our Paypal records which states that you made your order on the 4th October and you were refunded on the 5th October Kind regards Gail Mather

Waiting for my order which was meant to be delivered next day 4 days ago. Calling them but they don't pick up. This is my 2nd bad experience with them. Did not get email confirmation of my ordered as well. It's frustrating because I have a deadline very soon

Hello Jodie we have spoken this morning, you didn't get an email confirmation as you put an incorrect email address on your order you therefore didn't get our emails to you asking for confirmation over an item on your order, this has now been resolved and your order is due with you tomorrow.

The last time I bought white premium quality t-shirt from them, some came in stained. I communicated that to them and they promised to replace them. That was the end, all subsequent email to them to try to replace items were ignore until I gave up.

Absolutely disgusting service. Payed for next day delivery on the Tuesday. It is now Saturday still no purchase. Never use this company again. When I rang to chase up my order on several occasions. No one answers the phone. APPAULING

Hello Paul Your order was delivered the day after you placed it to your neighbour as there was nobody at the delivery address to sign for it. Please see DPD tracking information: Your parcel has been delivered to your neighbour at number 29 and signed for by MS GRAVIES at 08:58 on Wed 18 Nov 2015 There should have been a card left by the DPD driver to notify you of this? We do try to answer all phone calls but in busy periods this is sometimes not possible. As our recorded message states you can email your enquiry to us and we will respond as soon as possible. I ordered some tshirts on Wednesday lunch time expecting next day delivery as advertised on your site and I've still not received anything off cotton print?!?!!!!......I have been constantly ringing but not got through to anyone, I have left voicemails & not got a reply, emailed not got a reply.....absolutely terrible service, I will now be seeking a FULL REFUND as the tshirts are now useless as I have lost the job and lost an important client due to your sloppy service.

Hello Curtis DPD tracking shows that your order was delivered and signed for at the address you gave for delivery at 11.04 am on Thursday, the day after you placed your order. We have received no emails from yourself to notify us otherwise. Regards Cottonprint

My first order from Cottonprint was sent to the wrong address, after being told several times I would receive my order the next day (48 hours later instead of the specified 24 online) it still didn't arrive until the following morning. I lost two days trade and was still expected to pay the delivery charge, with nothing but a 'apology on behalf of the delivery company'. Massively disappointed, I won't be recommending nor using your company again.

Disappointing, the money was taken from the account and I have been since been notified that the items are out of stock. I have been offered a refund or to wait but would have preferred to have established stock was in before having the money taken.

Not a great experience. I ordered some items, paid and then received an email saying that you were out of stock. No apology though! Just the promise of a refund, which I still haven't received.

I ordered bags on the 26th February and have still not received them on 03/03/15. These were only ordered from cotton print as they promised 24 hours delivery if order before 4pm. I have rang and messaged and have still got no reply. Apalling!!!

Not sure what to say apart from disappointing! Ordered a few items as samples before placing a larger order to enable me to view the quality. Delivery was supposed to be 2 days for the items I ordered but apparantly the first ordered just disappeared and no one could tell me a tracking number or what had happened. I was promised the order would be dispatched the same day I was advised the previous package had gone missing, then bit by bit I received emails telling me out of the 6-7 items I had ordered various sizes/colours were out of stock. Sent an email asking if the items had been posted as promised - no reply that day, then the following day received another email saying yet more items were out of stock. Rang again as still (what was left of my order) had not posted. Opted for a full refund at this stage.

I got completely the wrong order, I am still waiting for a phone call to try and sort it out.... A bit of a shambles. I need the clothing by next week, it looks as though I will ave to go somewhere else to get them and will have lost my money with your company. I have run a successful business for 30 years. Mistakes happen but you are judged by how you correct thr errors. So far you get nil points. !!!

I was delivered the wrong package despite the fact that I paid the extra fee for expedited shipping to ensure that I received my order by Wednesday. I am now at an extreme inconvenience because the materials will not be ready in time for the event that I am holding. It is highly likely I will not order from this company again.

If you place order before 4pm is no 100% sure delivery for next day. On your web site is for Fruit of the Loom next day delivery. You should place information: "is not guaranteed". Thank you.
