“Placed order on Thursday, expected my order to be with me on Friday or at the latest Monday but it wasn't despatched until Monday. Several Items out of stock and there's no way of telling through the website, make sure you call them or ask them to call you if anything is out of stock as I have received very incomplete orders before. Great prices, poor service. Only use if you're not on a tight time scale or you don't mind if the whole order doesn't show up!”

“I bought 30 kids t-shirts for my form (kids are 12/13 and I ordered that size) and the sizes came out so small that I had to return them and buy bigger sizes. I am £12 out of pocket now as cotton print wouldn't wave either of the return or the postage for the new order. Not so great service if you ask me.”

Hello Miss Keis Measurements for all products are clearly listed on our website. If the T-shirt sizes that you received were incorrect we would of course despatch replacements free of charge but as you received exactly what you ordered we cannot be liable for extra delivery charges incurred. “Ordering and delivery quick and easy and very impressed. The reason for 2 stars only is that when I received the order the sizes inside the box did not match what I had ordered! After checking what I had ordered in case it was mistake, it was clear that the mistake was from their side. I am waiting a response regarding rectifying this so I can't give a review on that part! If they rectify it quickly and easily, I would give higher stars as the quality is good and the delivery was quick.”

“Good company although few mistakes along the way: missing items, incorrect items. T shirts with what looks like grease staining on them, email response is slow and my recent query has still yet to be answered.”

“The sizing of the racer back vests does not seem correct. The large vest is about 5inches shorter than the small. The quality of the vests are good, however there is clearly an issue with the vest sizing.”

We do not provide a live stock service which is clear from our website. If any items that have been ordered are out of stock we try to source them so we can fulfil our customers orders. When this is not possible we offer an immediate refund or alternative products, which we did with yourself. Kind regards Cottonprint.
