“I got completely the wrong order, I am still waiting for a phone call to try and sort it out.... A bit of a shambles. I need the clothing by next week, it looks as though I will ave to go somewhere else to get them and will have lost my money with your company. I have run a successful business for 30 years. Mistakes happen but you are judged by how you correct thr errors. So far you get nil points. !!!”

Friday 10th October 2014 Hello, we are sorry you received the incorrect order. The first we knew about this delivery error was an email on Thursday this week 9/10 telling us how poor our service was.....this email was acted upon immediately by our Sales Team and the correct order dispatched that same day due with you today, kind regards Cottonprint

“I was delivered the wrong package despite the fact that I paid the extra fee for expedited shipping to ensure that I received my order by Wednesday.
