“Be careful, I had a horrible experience with Coursiv. Cancelled my subscription in March and received an email (see attached screenshot) which said: "Your subscription has been successfully cancelled. Rest assured, there will be no more charges going forward." I was then billed for the next 4 months and when I contacted Coursiv they would only agree to reimburse me forn one month, even when I showed them their email confirming my successful cancellation. This is a really poor way to do business. Eventually, I had to dispute the charges with Amex.”
