“there are no reference notes. It would be good if one can access the notes that took us through the course. This should be worth the resources we put in to get the certifications, thanks”

“So far, I have enjoyed the program. The only problem I have, and it's a big one, is that the vocabulary does not exist in my head. I am just a plain artist who doesn't even have digital knowledge. My solution was to start the program for juniors. I am 84 years old and it seems to work for me. I am enjoying the hell out of it. So, let me finish that with your help, and see where it will take me.”

“Facturation abusive et manque total de transparence Mon expérience avec Experteer n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Après la souscription d’un abonnement, le service ne correspondait pas réellement à ce qui était espéré, et lorsque j’ai demandé un remboursement du reste de la période non utilisée, cela m’a été refusé au motif de leurs conditions internes, sans réelle prise en compte de la situation ni recherche de solution équitable. Le modèle repose sur un prélèvement immédiat pour toute la période, sans possibilité de geste commercial en cas d’insatisfaction, ce qui laisse un sentiment d’injustice et de rigidité totale. En résumé : peu de flexibilité, pas de véritable orientation client, et une impression que l’abonnement est pensé pour encaisser plus que pour accompagner. Je ne renouvellerai pas et ne recommande pas ce service.”
