After living for a long time with an ill-fitting "custom" bench cover that we bought from them previously, we attempted to place another order, this time insisting that they take the slope of the backrest into account. They repeatedly responded to my questions without actually taking the contents into consideration, as if I somehow wouldn't notice, seemingly expecting that I would nonetheless place an order with them for another ill-fitting cover. Aggravating beyond description and a tremendous waste of time. Buyer beware. Note: This website would not allow me to upload an image of the ill-fitting "custom" cover.

Custom made kayak cover incorrect size, not waterproof, wet kayak and inside of cover after only 2 days. Have emailed company with complaint and photographs. No response to date.

Ordered a 24oz thick canvas tarpaulin for £300 but received a 12oz thick one. Despite them admitting their website was wrong, I have not been able to obtain a refund.

When I ordered my safe cover, it was showing me a picture of exactly what I wanted, but what I received was not that item, so I called customer service and tried to return the item and they were not helpful at all. Now I’m stuck with a cover I can’t use. Now I out $110 stay away from this company

I ordered custom patio furniture covers, arming the company with the manufacturer's exact pics and measurements. But when they arrived? Total mismatch—like they were tailored for a different backyard altogether. I've bombarded their inbox with emails, pics, and videos galore, but instead of owning the flub, they're gaslighting me, pinning the blame on my "measurements." Every follow-up? A hard sell for new covers, with escalating discounts to sweet-talk me into round two. I've said no thanks—loudly—but they won't quit. Folks, if it doesn't fit, you must acquit. This company's dodging refunds like a pro, but I'll keep fighting till they cover their own mess.

Coversandall.com sent a customized sail shade that did not meet the requested measurements. It has been a hassle contacting the site, getting the video sent in they requested of the shade provided AND then getting them to make the right size shade. Don't order anything custom sized, complete hassle.

I enquired on if they could reproduce a Tarpaulin they had already made for me but this time with a double sided zipper. I was told yes and we started the very lengthy process (12 days) of backwards and forwards messaging to decide on the design. Once the size and dimensions had been agreed, I then checked this included double sided zipper, as they only wrote on the quote "add zipper". I was told they only do one sided zippers. They suggested Velcro. I said I didnt want Velcro, so please cancel the order and refund me my paid money. 7 days later, I message them to ask where's my refund, they tell me it would have been done 24 hours after cancellation and returned to card used to make payment. 9 days later I ask again and told they will look into it and email me back in a couple of hours. 12 days later I am still awaiting that email and my refund! The products I have had off them in the past, have been top quality but there customer service is absolutely rubbish! I am absolutely fuming! I want my refund and will never use them again because of this
