"This is a high quality product that looks great, brings out the colors of old pavers and it lasts. On the cautious side it sets up in less than 90 minutes so you have to move fast or make smaller batches to work with. First time using it you don't realize how fast time flies by until you have a muddy mix. Also, don't expect to get the full coverage of 500 sq ft as stated, I would say about 300-350 sq ft. per coat. My pavers are in my covered lanai and are still solid but they absorbed more than I anticipated and had to get a second gallon. Another challenge was I have beveled edge pavers so I had to go back over them with a paint brush to just coat the edges that were missed by the roller. I couldn't put it on thicker because it would puddle. Overall a great product as you can see from the picture but be ready to do some work."

You just couldn't run your roller. I had to cut in each tile and then roll it to assure full coverage. My point: I definetly over worked the sealer. End result: The floor came out bueatiful. Homeowner is very happy.\r\n"

"GAME CHANGER!!! We had an old tile floor that had a high and low sheen finish. The floor always looked dirty like someone had walked on it with a sticky substance. We have about 1400 sq ft of tile flooring on the ocean and to replace all of the tile was not in our budget. Luckily my girlfriend found the CoverTec website. Based on reviews, I chose to try the matte finish. \r\n\r\nThe product was easy to apply although it did take a bit of a toll on our 70-yr old muscles with the up and down movements necessary to make sure the floor was cleaned well and to edge and role the tile surfaces. I would recommend breaking your project in smaller sections to avoid muscle fatigue. Drying time took about 24 hrs but we feel that was probably due to moist ocean air.\r\n\r\nCovertec's product coverage numbers are very generous; I ordered 3 gallons to be safe but probably could have completed the project with 2 gallons.\r\n\r\nCustomer service is outstanding! Special shout out to Charles who was always prompt to answer my application questions and even did so on the weekend."

"This is a great product. I was worried about the anti slip and how it would look and feel. It is perfect. It has a gloss shine to it and you can only feel the anti slip on your feet as a very light tacky (in a good way) feeling. I am more confident in the shower that I wont slip. I did my whole bathroom in tile and I covered it with anti slip. I had enough to do the walls also. It all.looks amazing and I am very pleased. Planning my next project and using this "
