I love this sealer. It performs as expected. This job here was very tedious because it has a lot of lippage. In addition, these tiles are not flat, they are slightly domed. You just couldn't run your roller. I had to cut in each tile and then roll it to assure full coverage. My point: I definetly over worked the sealer. End result: The floor came out bueatiful. Homeowner is very happy.
