“We have recently engaged Cowell and Norford to manage our rental properties after previously using another agent. Their local knowledge is second to none and they are great to deal with. In particular Deb who looks after the maintenance service. She manages to ensure both tenant and landlord are satisfied in what can be difficult situations.”

Natalie Borg in particular has been the person whom I liaise with, and her communication is superb. Natalie always takes care to follow things up and keep you updated. She always delivers on her promises and really cares about meeting your needs, always going the extra mile to deliver a stress free service.
