“I used Cowell & Norford to sell one of my properties this year in Rochdale. I dealt with Jonny Upton in the Milnrow office from start to finish. Jonny kept me updated concerning the marketing and was able to negotiate an offer to my required level within the required timescale. Overall, I was pleased with the outcome and would certainly come back to Cowell & Norford in the future.”

“Fast and accurate replies from Chris, Nathalie and Rikky. Disappointed with payments from new tenant, recently he underpaid and had to be chased, and last month he paid with a couple of days delay.”

“We found our experience of Cowell and Norford good, and especially the very friendly and helpful ,Johnny Upton who kept in touch and sent through properties we may be interested in, which has now resulted in us finding our new home. He was also very patient on the viewings he accompanied us on. thank you.”

“The current staff are friendly and helpful. Dominic, John Lally and Francesca are good and always ring back and respond to my queries. My only unfortunate experience with Cowell and Norford is that I've been gazupted in the past. I am very please with Dominic and that is why I contact her with any queries. Few years ago some previous staff refused to speak to me because I did not use Cowell and Norfords financial advisor and did not up my offer on a property. Dominic is professional and I'm happy with the current service received.”
