“After a rocky start to selling my property with a team member leaving the company, Danielle has turned things around and re-gained my trust in Cowell & Norford and has now gained over 20 viewings and 4 offers, hopefully we will get the right offer soon and complete! “Our agent Jonny was polite, courteous and empathetic. He was quick to offer advice without being pushy and he ensured that everything went smoothly for us in the purchase of our new home. He was quick to answer any queries and was friendly and professional throughout. Thank you for making buying our first property so much less daunting!”

“Cowell Norford have been excellent. On my two appointments they turned up on time and gave good advice about the properties. Jonny has been first class he has arranged an estimate for repairs on the property I bought and has been very helpful throughout.”

“John has been brilliant from our initial enquiry right up to completion. He has helped us with all aspects of it. He helped sort our mortgage, our solicitors and even showed us round the house himself. All in all it has been a great experience with cowell-norford which has no doubt been down to john!”
