“Bad workmanship furniture of poor quality not worth the money. spoke to store director Paul all I can say that he was not willing to help because he can’t see beyond the warranty period and that the wear and tear would have occurred to all 6 chairs and not just the 2 chairs in question here where there is a fault in the material or the way those chairs have been sprayed to preserve the faux leather and it’s leather has frayed and started bubbling up!
Store manager and director want me to part with money to purchase more goods or pay to get them repaired! So I’ve had the chairs and dining table for 5 years now and kept in very condition. For 2 out of 5 years have remained in covid 19 so had no visitors and as I live alone I have not had many visitors since after covid.
All they are concerned about is the furniture is no longer under warranty so not their concern and not willing to help and the tone used by the director was appealing and arrogant! 👎🏽 BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

“Spent nearly £7,000 on furniture from them just over 4 years ago, the door on one item broke and I returned it to them months ago to get a replacement (for which I expect to pay) but now they are not replying to my e-mails, and I'm still waiting. One other item needed repair under guarantee several times and they have said they will not accept any more repairs.”
