How do I update my poor review? I received a e-mail from CC and they are going to fix my machine. I am so happy I could cry. I have loved Crafters' Companions products and am itching to buy those dies to go with my Precious memory book collection and now I can do that once I get my machine back. I am thrilled thrilled thrilled. How do I change or remove my negative comment? Please let me know. They are going to help me and I am so very grateful.

Hallo! Ich habe eine Schablone bei euch gekauft . Hab sie das erste mal heute benutzt und sie ist oben gleich auseinander gebrochen. Habe es wie beschrieben mit den beiden durchsichtigen Platten gemacht: ist das doch nicht richtig oder.

Why is it Trading Standards are currently stating WE are Entitled to a refund for the illegal use of copyrighted stamps but you are still refusing? 2 of the artists 1 in particular have posted on your facebook wall stating YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION YET YOU ARE INSISTING to customers to carry on using, this is a breach of his copyright which you are ignoring and putting customer in jeopardy!
