“This company may make good clothing but the mail order service is shocking they don’t always have the product they take the money for then send the wrong stuff having put the wrong labels on the clothes then take so long to process order and refunds everything takes seven days to do anything better to buy anything from Amazon At least they can deliver the next day not over a week from you ordering with them and you can’t have a phone conversation with anyone clearly they don’t care about there customers if you like there clothes then do your self a favor buy in store as online shopping is to stressful or buy a month before you need it”

“Great products, absolutely terrible customer service, awful IT behind their online shop. Customer fulfillment and service one of the worst examples in the market. Always fob you off with "phone us" so there's nothing in writing. A lousy way to work with customers. I try to buy via other retailers so there is some protection when things go wrong, never buy direct from them.”
