“Taken £19.99 without my consent, and now I can't get through to them due to covid. You can talk, you just choose not to. If I don't hear or get a refund back, I will be taking this further. I'm a keyworker in the NHS and I shouldn't have to take time out to be trying to sort this out. Absolute disgrace.”

“£19.99 taken from my bank account. I am disgusted as have never heard of this company and I would not pay £19.99 for a credit score anyway as you can do it for free. I can not seem to stop the payment on my card as they can still take it regardless of blocking them on my bank account as they can try to take it from a different name. I am really angry, upset and disgusted!”

“Charged me £20.00 for a membership fee even though i did not use their service. Totally immoral especially in these times. Yes i'd accept maybe a £1.99 fee for signing up accidently when looking for a loan but £20.00 is an utter disgrace”

“Looking through my bank statement I noticed a company named credit perfect has been taking money out of my account. In turns out the company deploys sneaky and ethicallyimmoral tactics to obtain momey. I'm a keyworker and I feel like this company has literally robbed money from me during these difficult times. Stay safe, stay alert and pray companies like this fail.”
