“Hi I spoke to one of your employees earlier and it was a joy to speak to her. She explained things slowly and more importantly was polite and had a nice maner.I was very happy with the call. Manners are the best way on how to approach customers. Customers appreciate it. Ten out of ten for me ! She was very friendly ! Thank you”

“Lovely customer service today. I needed to cancel my trial (not at any fault of the company) and received a response in less than 12 hours, was given advice and recommendations even while I was cancelling. Not a complaint”

“Very polite and friendly, although I did not proceed after my free trial the agent I spoke to was informative and assertive in trying to keep me but she wasn’t pushy. If I need help in the future, based on that experience I will come back.”

“Natasha has been really helpful going through my credit report, making sure that all my details are up to date and giving me advice on what to do to make sure that my credit score goes from Very Good to Excellent, as I am not too far off. I signed up to their service by accident since I was in need for a loan for personal reasons, but my credit score was not up there yet. That is sorted now and I no longer need to apply for a loan at the moment. That said, I would have stayed with their service had it been under different circumstances. Needless to say, however, I highly recommend their service to anyone looking to help give their credit score a boost. I am very confident that whoever applies to their service will find it very useful and beneficial in the long run. So thank you, Natasha as well as your colleague (I'm soo sorry I couldn't remember your name, but you also played a huge role to helping me with how to improve my credit score, so thank you as well).”
