“Shocking customer service. They are happy to take your money but they have no respect for DPA (Data Protection Act).
You are paying for a service and confidentiality yet they happily disclose your details to the family courts and Cafcass without your permission or court orders. High number of false-positive tests too so that you keep coming back for more tests.
Avoid this company at all costs.
