“Dna test cost £150 came back inconclusive they can carry out a further test on the dna provided another £91 is paid which has 5% failure rather than 15% !! Why not do that test first ? Rip off”

“Shocking customer service. They are happy to take your money but they have no respect for DPA (Data Protection Act).
You are paying for a service and confidentiality yet they happily disclose your details to the family courts and Cafcass without your permission or court orders. High number of false-positive tests too so that you keep coming back for more tests.
Avoid this company at all costs.
