“I contacted Andrew to help me book a holiday to Egypt,as there are still no direct flights.He pulled out all the stops,got me the hotel I wanted,great flights and a great price! As soon as Ive been I will be booking again!”

“I don't book a holiday, I call a friend. Andrew puts customers first and takes time to get to know them, ensuring he can give world class service. When caught in Egypt after the flight ban, we felt safe and taken care of. Despite being busy re-booking other customers, he still found time to keep in touch and update us. And great follow-on service after our return. Then when our next Egypt holiday was cancelled, Andrew was in touch the same day. Within 24 hours, we had a replacement holiday booked in Cayo Coco on Andrew's recommendation. It was perfect in every respect, and down to the smallest detail. And the value for money can't be beat. What's not to like? ????”

“A friend recommended I try Horizon as they had booked several holidays with them and they kept saying they were different. I took ages to make my mind up and asked so many questions, I do not know how they had the patience. Ended up booking at a much better price, amazing service and all my documents were printed and sent to me before I flew. Really old style customer service, I would not book anywhere else now and have highly recomended this company to my friends and family. Really personal service but lower priced than the internet I am still quite surprised! I have never written a review before but this was exceptional.”

“Fantastic service from Andrew at Horizon , I cannot praise him enough, he went out of his way to get us the best deal on our Cuba holiday for next year. He made the booking of our holiday , which can sometimes be an arduous experience , real fun and very enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend that when you book your next holiday, you make contacting him your starting point. Five star service.”

“Booking through Horizon direct was very easy with a very helpful member of staff to help you with any questions that you may have in regards to your holiday. I was able to book seats together through them as well. There was no hard sell and it was a pleasure to book my holiday to Cuba with them.”
