“Absolutely brilliant. Bought as a gift and was amazing. Cuckoo collections covered all the charges from customs and arrived in time. Would highly recommend, absolutely gorgeous clock.”

“The clock is brilliant and instructions were clear. Delivery was really quick especially given that the clock was coming from abroad. Customs fee was charged but I emailed cuckoo collections and as per their promise they paid it off within a working hour of my email. Great service, great product!”

“I am from the Philippines who purchased a Cuckoo Clock ( Trenkle Uhren ) while traveling with a grouo in Germany, back in 2012. I gifted it to parents but since I moved out of our house, they neglected its care and let the batteries rot. I am fortunate to have found Cuckoo Collections as I was already desperate of solutions. Already approached several clockmakers in the country and declined me. Thankfully , this shop made everything so easy for me and didn’t charge a fortune for the part that I needed. It came by ordinary mail after just a couple of weeks. In our life when so many people are dishonest, these shop has restored my faith to the internet community. They were also very responsive and helpful. We rehoused our clock to our new home, now , bringing me back to my memorable trip in Germany. Again, my deepest gratitude to your shop!!”

“I ordered a cuckoo clock for a xmas present this month, as I wanted a genuine one with clockwork mechanism. I choose Cuckoo Collections because the site looked professional, had good prices and promised to pay the custom charges. The clock came a few days arrived straight from the makers about a week and a half later and looked lovely and looking forward to giving it to the recipient. I got a custom charge demand from the courier, but true to their word, CC promptly paid the charge on my behalf and responded quickly to a query I had. I would recommend Cuckoo Collections and would use them again.”

“We've had our cuckoo clock for over a year now, it's a great success with our grandchildren who always rush to watch it on the hour. A very competitive price from Cuckoo Collections which handled the customs import to UK stuff by covering the cost of duty to be paid and carefully explained the process which was hassle-free for us. Ordered, paid online and it was delivered on time with no extra admin for us. Highly recommended.”

“We were anxious about ordering goods from overseas but the clock turned up, perfectly packaged and with the most detailed instructions for setting up that we've had with any product. The clock is beautiful. It's home is now in a French ski chalet and it's admired by everyone. Our grandchildren love it and count off the hours along with the cuckoo. We'll be hard pushed to find a gift so well received.”

“Clock arrived on time ,, exactly as described,, beautiful finish and after a bit of setting up of the pendulum, it keeps perfect time. Cuckoo is loud and clear and you can mute it , if needs require . I am very pleased with the clock .”

“This is a solid mechanical cuckoo clock. Very skilled and beautiful design. Pulling chains weekly to maintain the working, is fun. There is a key that can disable the cuckoo, but why would you? This is a fun and happy clock/piece of art on my mums' wall.”

“Really pleased with my Cuckoo Clock, which I purchased to replace a 1994 Black Forest clock that fell off the wall & was fatally damaged. This new one is beautiful & has a lovely sound. Cuckoo Collections even paid the Customs charge which would have otherwise put the clock out of my price range.”
