“I’m in the US and found the “Chalet 1-day cuckoo clock with twin opening doors, two birds and an array of maple leaves 26cm by Hubert Herr” at a thrift store in excellent condition. It was missing a maple leaf thing that knocks back and forth to make it work. Do you sell parts to this model? Also,the twin cuckoo birds only come out half way when they cuckoo cuckoo, should they come out all the way? If so are there parts I can get to fix it? Thank you. Jessicadkauk(at)gmail(dot)com”

“The cuckoo clock is superb quality and beautifully finished. Meeting all the product descriptions. Heavy pendulums make for a very accurate time keeper of this mechanical cuckoo clock. Arrived in good time with email tracking. The company honoured the duty payment upon notice. Really enjoying the tones of cuckoo every half hour. I would highly recommend as a great investment of this solid wood piece.”

“I bought a quartz cuckoo clock a few months ago from Cuckoo Collections. Very good firm to deal with answering all my queries pre purchase. Super accurate clock very similar to classic mechanical one with twelve tunes sounding just like music box. I would have preferred a wooden cuckoo door as the plastic one with visible screw heads could look better also silent pendulum would be nice if one could hear the clock ticking. However thrilled with the beautifully carved clock to add to my collection of four other mechanical cuckoo clocks!”

Hello and thank you for your detailed review! We understand that a plastic door isn't ideal, we suppose it's just a decision the clockmakers have made regarding materials but we will pass on your suggestion. We're very glad to hear you love the rest of the clock (and the music!)

“Our Chalet 1day rabbit and groundhog cuckoo clock with music was delivered by cuckoo collections in good time and was very well packaged. It was easily put together and hung on wall with no problems. Time keeping is easily adjusted by slide on pendulum. We are very happy with our purchase and with the service from Cuckoo Collections. The clock looks excellent on the wall in the hall.”

“I love my cuckoo clock, the first one was a 60th birthday present from my children. Unfortunately it got broken when I moved so I bought the exact same clock and I still love it. Any visitors comment on it. It keeps very good time.”

“Recently received my clock ..looks fabulous and sounds great ..really like the fact you can email for advice and support...I had a really cheap clock previous to ordering this one which didn't work after a few months and they even replied to me and tried to help out even although the clock was not their clock .now that is a good support service...5 stars”

“I was delighted to receive my.new cuckoo clock, my previous one of over 50 years having been ,deemed as not mendable. However there is a problem in that the cuckoo door gets stuck open at least once every 24 hours and.i.have to pull on the cuckoo chain to get it going again. I'm not sure how to get help.putting this right. The clock.keeps good time, otherwise.”

Hello Gillian, We're sorry to hear that. There is a chance that there is a twist in the clock chain. We recommend that you let the clock weight fall all the way without winding it for a day or so. This will let the chain unravel and hopefully the kink in the chain will come out. Please let us know if the problem still persists and we will try to find a solution. “Ordered just a few days before Christmas and it arrived before the day, recieved letter to pay import tax but this was dealt with very quickly and paid for me. Very pleased with our clock what a smashing Christmas present.”

“Some slight issues with initial communication, however this was picked up and resolved very quickly. The clock arrived today from Germany and I reached out to Cuckoo Collections as there weee import fees to be paid. These were paid within the hour and the clock is 🥰”
