“I'm just as frustrated as some of the angry customers here. I placed an order on April 9th. First, I was told there's a delay with the shipment but will be restocked on April 17 and will be shipped out right now. Now another went by and I have heard nothing from Currentbody. I left several messages but never heard back. I have no idea where my money went. There's no contact number I can reach them and they are extremely irresponsive on emails. Their services is just appalling. Beware for those planning to plan an order... THINK TWICE!”
“This is a fake website that scams their customers into thinking they’re getting skincare devices. I paid for express 3-5 days shipping and ordered on Dec 27. Now it’s Jan 3 and I have received no update on my order and when I search the tracking it says it doesn’t exist. I called my bank and they also confirmed it’s likely a scam if they haven’t answered back, save your money and buy full price at a trusted retailer not this fake site”

“I stayed on CURRENTBODY payment page, then go to other website to copy the promo code. After I went back to CURRENTBODY page, payment is doen automatically.
The price with promotion code is $491. The price I paid is $649. In this case, everyone will use a promotion code.
Then in 2 minutes, I sent 2 requests of cancelation, no response. Then I sent another 2 requests of cancelation, no response.
The second day, I chat with an agent. He told me it's too late.
I will dispute and won't pay 1 cents to this SCAM COMPANY.”
“The reason for my one star isn’t the products but the company that sell them.if you need to speak to someone you can’t so you have to do a live chat and sit in a queue for an hour only for them to cut you off at the last minute.
This company needs to sort out customers service as if your products go wrong it’s impossible to speak to anyone”

Ummm of course "I opened the box and tried the product". I am not satisfied with it and I requested a refund not even a week after receiving the mask.
So, basically you are saying you don't stand behind your products?"
THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD. I SPENT $400 On the mask and it isn't even good quality. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. THEY DO **NOT** STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS,
Don't order to 'try something out' --- they will NOT help you.
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT use them... I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering from such a cheap company. The mask is just a piece of rubbery plastic held together with velcro (That pulled my hair the whole time)
