I ordered the full face mask --- tried it twice and found I didn't enjoy it so I text and emailed requesting a refund of their merchandise. I got this email back: Gabriela (CurrentBody.com) 8 Jun 2021, 14:57 BST Good afternoon Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your device. "Unfortunately, this device does not offer a money-back guarantee. As you have opened and used the device, we are unable to accept this device returned. We are more than happy to discuss treatment and anything further with you." Hope this is of help. Kind regards, Gabriela Customer Care Team CurrentBody I typed back a day later: "Dear Gabriela, Ummm of course "I opened the box and tried the product". I am not satisfied with it and I requested a refund not even a week after receiving the mask. So, basically you are saying you don't stand behind your products?" THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD. I SPENT $400 On the mask and it isn't even good quality. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. THEY DO **NOT** STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, Don't order to 'try something out' --- they will NOT help you. Tip for consumers: Do NOT use them... I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering from such a cheap company. The mask is just a piece of rubbery plastic held together with velcro (That pulled my hair the whole time) Products used: Full Face Therapy Mask
