“Curve as a card if brilliant, however this is overshadowed by the poor customer service and non existent call centre operator. I have had several issues which I in the past have swallowed as the customer service team are absolutely awful. Summary is great when it’s fine, if you ever have an issue either through their error or attempted fraud, be prepared to quite as there customer service is pathetic.”
