Then recently they asked me to authorise a payment to my car insurance provider which I did in the app and they still rejected the payment. This resulted in a £20 failed payment surcharge which Curve refused to refund me. I’m done. Bunch of cowboys and can’t trust them to handle my transactions any more. Cancelled my card and account.”
