“Terrible. Firstly a few months ago they approved 4 payments to some AI subscription scam without asking me to authorise the payment. They paid it back to me, but still!
Then recently they asked me to authorise a payment to my car insurance provider which I did in the app and they still rejected the payment. This resulted in a £20 failed payment surcharge which Curve refused to refund me. I’m done. Bunch of cowboys and can’t trust them to handle my transactions any more. Cancelled my card and account.”

I have had several issues which I in the past have swallowed as the customer service team are absolutely awful. Summary is great when it’s fine, if you ever have an issue either through their error or attempted fraud, be prepared to quite as there customer service is pathetic.”
