“Hello Custom Flags, We have been using your service for a number of years and have always trusted your company for reliable, fast, and quality custom flags. However our latest experience fell drastically short of our expectations but kept the same price tag. We had been emailing back and forth regarding this order and made it clear we needed the flags by a certain date for an event. We spent $2,000 on these flags with the impression they would arrive within a 3 week timeframe. No one from the company informed us at any point during the 3 weeks that production was backlogged and running behind schedule. As we neared the event date, multiple calls and voicemails left for Linda went unreturned and this type of negligence make us question the company's transparency and professionalism. For such a high price tag, we expected better service as we have always known you to have. We will be carefully making our decision next time we need flags made in the future.
