“The items are absolutely lovely and I can’t fault them at all...however the service was not quite up to scratch, the item was delivered quite a bit later than advised, and when I tried to chase it up I got no reply until I sent a further message a few days later. In my further correspondence although they tried to be helpful I never once received even an apology for the inconvenience of it all. But as I say the items on their own merit are perfect.”

Hi Katrina Thank you for your honest feedback. I'm really sorry that you have received your item late. Unfortunately we had run out of the product you ordered and have to order in more stock which caused the delay. As way of apology for the late delivery I will process a refund of your delivery charge. I do hope this goes some way to restoring your faith in our company and the service we offer. Many thanks, Tom

“Having placed an order online I received no confirmation email so was unsure if my order had gone through. After a day or so I noticed the money go out if my bank so I phoned asking if they had received my order. After several minutes they located my order and assured me it was in production. Several days later still no emails or delivery so I phoned again and was assured it was out for delivery. Goods were received the next day. The item I ordered were great but I wouldn't pay the usual price so glad I got them at the sale price. If I had of received a confirmation email and updates on my order I would rate as 5 star but not having this meant I had to make 2 unnecessary phonecalls chasing goods.”

Hi Keeley Thanks for providing feedback. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused around this - unfortunately we have seen some emails from ourselves go into our customers spam folders. We are looking into resolving this issue for future customers so thank you for providing the feedback here. Many thanks, Tom
