Sorry to hear that you hadn't got your order when you was sent a review email. There was a technical fault which sent emails earlier than planned. I hope you now have your product and can leave a review about your product and if you haven't please contact our customer service team thanks SM

“Why ask for a review when I haven't received the item ??? It might be good - it might be bad but until I receive what I ordered I cannot give a true review. As it is you are asking silly questions - a pipe dream”

“Customer service was great. Quality of the product was a little bit disappointing for the price, but it didn't put me off purchasing another beach towel, however I wouldn't have if it wasn't in the sale.”
