Response time after submitting artwork was very quick. I also preferred how their artist depicted the image versus another company. The patches arrived with plenty of time for our event. Very timely. The patches were decently high quality, however, my order was about a week late and when the patches did arrive they said "Ball Aerospece" on them when they were supposed to say "Ball Aerospace".
